Terms of Service
These terms govern quotes and orders placed with StayBundle through https://staybundle.com/ or by email. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Quotes
Quotes are itemized line by line and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quantities, sizes, materials and embroidery details can be edited freely until you approve the order and samples.
2. Samples and approval
Orders with custom logo work proceed only after you approve a digitized stitch preview and a photo of the stitched sample. Fabric swatches and single-piece samples are available for standard items. Production starts only after your written approval, and the approved sample is the quality reference for the whole run.
3. Production and delivery
A firm production and delivery timeline is confirmed with your quote. Stocked items ship within days; custom-embroidered bundles ship within a few weeks of sample approval. Cartons are packed and labeled by room and unit. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide; title passes on payment in full.
4. Payment
Standard terms are payment against proforma invoice before production, with PO-based terms available to established operators. Prices exclude local duties and taxes unless the quote states otherwise.
5. Replacements and returns
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match the approved sample or supply list, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will remake and reship it at no charge. Custom-embroidered items that match the approved sample are not returnable. Unused standard items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days; the buyer covers return freight.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings or revenue.
7. Intellectual property
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you send us for embroidery or printing, and you indemnify us against third-party claims arising from its use. We use your artwork only to produce your order, and photos of your finished items in our portfolio only with your permission.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
