Approve fabric, product and any stitched-logo samples. Custom production starts only after your written approval.

We manufacture, inspect and kit your order around the agreed dispatch plan, then label cartons by property, unit or room.

Shipping & tracking
Our export team prepares shipping documents, provides tracking and a carton manifest, and coordinates final delivery.
Packing
Packed the way housekeeping stocks rooms.
Instead of packing every sheet together and every towel together, we can kit your bundle room by room or unit by unit. Cartons are labeled with the property, unit and room contents, so setup teams can stock straight from the box.
Each shipment includes a carton manifest matched to your approved supply list. Linens are bagged against moisture and soil; amenity containers and presentation pieces are protected separately inside the carton.

We ship worldwide. The right method depends on bundle volume, destination and your required on-site date. We recommend the route and state the cost, planned transit time and customs arrangement in your quote before you order.

Local duties and taxes are excluded unless your quote states otherwise. Tell us your required on-site date, complete delivery address, receiving hours and appointment requirements so we can build them into the plan.
Receiving & replacements
If something isn’t right, we make it right.
1. Check the cartons
On delivery, compare cartons with the manifest and note visible damage with the carrier. You do not need to unpack everything on the spot.
2. Report within 14 days
Send photos and the relevant supply-list line for anything damaged, missing or incorrect within 14 days of delivery.
3. Free remake & reship
Anything damaged in transit or not matching the approved sample or supply list is remade and reshipped at no charge.

Tell us your room and bed count, destination and required on-site date. Your quote will include the production window, recommended shipping method and planned door-to-door schedule.
