StayBundle is a manufacturer-direct supplier of complete linen and supply bundles for vacation rentals, boutique hotels and serviced apartments. We produce, embroider, kit and ship everything a room needs — as one coordinated order, not a pile of separate carts.
Why StayBundle exists
Rooms don’t need products. They need par stock.
Most linen shops are built for single SKUs: a case of towels here, a pack of sheets there. But when a rental portfolio launches or an inn refreshes its rooms, someone has to work out the whole picture at once — how many sheet sets per bed, how many towels per guest, which sizes for which rooms, and where the logo goes. Get the par math wrong and housekeeping runs out of linens on a Saturday changeover.
That someone is usually an owner or operator with no time to build a 40-row cart across five suppliers. StayBundle exists to turn that whole job into a single order: one supply list calculated from your room mix, one fabric and embroidery sample, one production run, one delivery packed room by room.
Our factory
From loom to labeled carton, under our control.
Fabric is woven and cut at our audited textile mills; embroidery, kitting, inspection and packing run at our own facility. Keeping the finishing steps in-house is what lets us hold one quality standard across every piece in a bundle — and stitch your logo from just 20 pieces.
Hospitality-grade weaving
Percale and sateen sheeting and 500–600 GSM terry, woven for high-temperature commercial laundering — not retail shelf life.
Embroidery & jacquard
Multi-head embroidery and woven-logo jacquard for towels, robes and linens, with digitized stitch previews before production.
Amenities & containers
Refillable pump bottles, wall mounts, trays and soap dishes, matched to your bundle and labeled to your brand.
Kitting & packing
Sets folded, banded and packed by room and unit before they leave the line, so setup crews stock shelves straight off the box.

One sample for the whole order
Before production starts, you approve fabric swatches and a stitched embroidery sample photo covering every customized item — weights, colors, sizes and logo placement. Nothing is produced that you haven’t seen.
Per-piece inspection
Every piece is checked against your approved supply list before packing — size, stitching, colorfastness and logo position — so the king sets never arrive in the queen rooms.
Fast replacements
If a piece arrives damaged or doesn’t match the approved sample, we remake and reship it at no charge. OEKO-TEX certificates ship with your order documentation.
