StayBundle is operated by Guangzhou Changfenglong Hotel Supplies Co., Ltd., a Guangzhou manufacturer and supplier of hotel bedding, linens and guest-room essentials.
Established in 2009, the company has a 60-person team and a 1,400-square-metre facility in Guangzhou’s Baiyun District. Our work covers bedding production, sewing, embroidery, product selection and the consolidation of hotel supplies into coordinated orders.
We launched StayBundle in 2026 to make that capability easier for vacation-rental operators, boutique hotels and serviced apartments to access worldwide. Instead of assembling dozens of disconnected purchases, customers can plan quantities by room, approve customized items and receive one organized delivery.

Why we built StayBundle
One property, one supply plan, one accountable team.
A property rarely needs one carton of one product. It needs fitted quantities of sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, robes and guest amenities — matched to the room mix and supported by practical replacement stock.
StayBundle brings quantity planning, product selection, sample approval, customization, quality checks and consolidated packing into one order. You work with one team and receive one itemized delivery instead of coordinating multiple vendors and disconnected purchase lists.
Manufacturing
Produced, customized and consolidated in Guangzhou.
Bedding production, sewing, embroidery and order preparation are coordinated by Guangzhou Changfenglong Hotel Supplies Co., Ltd. Keeping these steps with one team helps maintain consistent specifications across an entire property order and gives customers one point of accountability from sample to shipment.
Bedding production
Hotel sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and related bedding produced to agreed sizes, materials and order specifications.
Sewing & finishing
Production teams coordinate stitching, edge finishing and visual checks across each batch before customized or standard items move forward.
Custom embroidery
Multi-head equipment supports repeatable logo placement and thread color for robes, towels and selected textile products.
Supply consolidation
Bedding and guest-room supplies are brought together against one itemized list, reducing handoffs and simplifying receiving at the property.

Specifications confirmed first
Sizes, materials, colors, quantities and customization details are documented before production so the team works from one approved order specification.
In-process checks
Sewing, finishing and customized details are reviewed during production, with completed quantities checked against the order before packing.
ISO 9001 quality system
Guangzhou Changfenglong’s quality management system is certified to GB/T 19001-2016 / ISO 9001:2015 for bedding production and sales of hotel disposable items.
