Privacy Policy
This policy describes what information StayBundle (“we”, “us”) collects on https://staybundle.com/ and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- Quote requests. When you submit the quote form or email us, we receive the details you provide: name, company or property name, email, phone, property type, location, unit and bed counts, delivery date and your message. We use them only to prepare and follow up on your quote.
- Usage analytics. When you click “Next” in the bundle wizard, we record the event with the property type, unit and bed counts you entered, the page path, the referring site, and the country and city derived from your connection by our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not record your IP address in our database, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request and manage your order.
- To understand which property types and regions our visitors come from.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us for a quote or opted in.
- We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Where data lives
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Quote requests and analytics events are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Email correspondence lives in our sales mailbox.
Retention and your rights
We keep quote and order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you — email sales@staybundle.com and we will respond within a few business days.
